Error Code Helpline comes from the team behind Fireplace Helpline, Hot Tub Helpline and Pool Helpline. After decades of service calls, we've seen how often a blinking code is something simple: a closed valve, a clogged filter, a tripped breaker. And how often it isn't, and needs a pro.
So we built a site that does one thing well: tells you what the code means, from the manufacturer's own documentation, what you can safely check, and when to stop. It's run by software, with no call center and no technicians, which is how we keep it free. People on our team keep the database accurate and review the AI helper's conversations.

- Safety first: every page says when to stop and call a licensed pro.
