Who we are
Error Code Helpline (errorcodehelpline.com) is operated by Bradley Construction Group, Inc.
Information we collect
- AI helper chats: the messages you type, the page you started from, and the replies. We also keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for up to 30 days to stop abuse and enforce daily limits; we don't store your raw IP address with your chat.
- Contact form: your name, email and message.
- Checkout notifications: your email address if you ask us to tell you when checkout opens, and the items in your cart at that moment.
- Shop orders (when checkout opens): your contact and shipping details and order items. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
- Basic, cookie-free analytics such as page views.
How we use it
To answer your questions, run and improve the AI helper (people on our team review chats to check accuracy and safety), reply to messages, tell you when checkout opens if you asked, fulfil orders, and keep the site secure. We don't sell your personal information and we don't use your chats for advertising.
AI processing
The AI helper runs on Cloudflare Workers AI. Your messages are sent to it to generate a reply. Please don't type passwords, card numbers or other sensitive details into the chat.
Service providers
- Cloudflare: website hosting, the AI helper, and storage of chats and form messages.
- Google Workspace: business email.
- Our payment processor and supplier warehouses: only once checkout opens, to take payment and ship your order.
How long we keep it
Chats are kept for up to 12 months, hashed IP addresses for up to 30 days, contact messages for up to 24 months, and checkout notification emails until checkout opens and we've told you, or until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices & rights
You can ask us what personal information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, and we'll respond within 45 days. Email [email protected] from the address you used with us. Residents of California and some other states may have additional rights under their state's law, and we'll honor them.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We'll post any changes here with a new effective date.
